The Move For Q4

How Q4 Is Important For You To Succeed.

The Importance of the 4th Quarter

Sports, business, life.

In the 4th quarter,
They all preach the same message:
It’s time to start making moves.

Buzzer-beaters made.
Record profits recorded.
Reaching your personal best.

This doesn’t just happen at once.

You really honed in during Q1, Q2 and Q3.
You sat down,
Wrote down your vision on what you wanted to attain this year.

Consistently showing up.
Giving yourself no excuses.
Staying a student to your craft.

You’re witnessing the progression.
It wasn’t linear, but you’re progressing.

You’re here now at Q4.

But Q4’s different:

  • More businesses are willing to spend their budgets.

  • People are more willing to spend.

  • Increased calculated risks are likely to be taken.

This email was sent on the 30th for a reason.

One day earlier for you to plan and step into Q4 with confidence.
Make the last 3 months be a staple in your mind forever.

So here’s what I’d do to make sure these last three months all go to plan.
Everything I wanted to do, executed.
No stone left unturned.

The Q4 Plan

Step 1: Define Your Product

Ensure the quality of your product is as high as it can possibly be.

That’s what most get wrong.
Make your product clear.

Whether you’re an editor making videos,
An athlete coming to end of the season,
Anticipating the launch of your product.

Whatever you’re taking action towards, now it’s the point to act with precision and intention.
Make it clear you’re here to stay.
Your product should speak for itself.

Remember:
What sets you apart is what sets you apart.
Don’t think negatively and think you should numb who you are or your vision for someone else’s.

Your vision can only make sense through your lens.

Step 2: Expose All The Way (With Intention)

You’ve taken your time, you believe and trust in your product and the value it brings.
Importantly, your product speaks for itself.

Expose what you have been working on.

Network with people in the same lane.
Ask for advice.
Send the risky outreach email.

Show as many people as possible.
Make sure that these are the most ideal people who you want to see.

This is what gets you into conversations you couldn’t take part in before.

And that’s all you need.

Step 3: Strategize

You’ve defined your product, exposed it to the right people.
Use the momentum you’ve gained to your benefit.

Try and test different ways you can do so.

Then double down on that.

Don’t change what’s working.
By this point, you’re beginning to see gradual results.

Pivot by altering one or two things.

Don’t change your overall strategy.
Build trust.

Today’s Move

What matters now is action. Fast, simple and deliberate.
Building on from what you’ve been doing during Q1-3.

Paving way for this Q4 to be the one you remember.

Final Thoughts

It’s not over until it works.
Apply this to you, and whatever you’re doing.
Then move.
